Online returns are easy. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from merch.sandjamfest.com, you may return it within 10 days of receiving the item for either an exchange or a store credit. You may ship the package to our returns department at:

We recommend that you ship it via a trackable and insured method back to our warehouse as Wish cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please specify, what item you are returning as well as what item(s) you would like in exchange. All store credits issued will only be valid for redemption in our online shop, merch.sandjamfest.com, and are valid for one year from the issue date.
Items must be returned in the following condition:
- New Condition
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Tags must be attached
